Erica considers Australia to be the best choice and decision she has ever made and her life work is ensuring others can have such choices too. Erica speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. She presents CPDs to other Registered Agents and is an Assessor at the entry-exam for the profession, the Capstone, with Legal Training Australia.


With over 16 years of experience in sales and relationship management, Andrew supported the business development team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional (LNLP) in promoting Lexis+, thereby advancing the legal sector's use of technology through AI.
Andrew has managed over $67 billion in investment assets, and has led critical programs across government, banking, and top-tier consulting firms such as PwC.
His expertise spans across relationship management, capital markets, and strategic partnerships enabling him to tackle the intricacies of Australian migration.
A Psychology graduate from Western Sydney University, Andrew is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Sydney.
At Bravo Migration, Andrew leverages his expertise to develop tailored immigration strategies for expanding businesses. Andrew effectively bridges skills gaps by connecting companies with global talent.

He served a two-year term on the Law Society of NSW's Human Rights Committee and Migration Subcommittees, met with the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Slavery, Prof. Tomoya Obokata, to inform their recommendations for the systemic and structural reform of Australia's migration law framework, led the not-for-profit Visa Assist project delivered by IARC in partnership with Unions NSW, advised and legally represented asylum seekers detained in Nauru at the Refugee Status Review Tribunal, and most recently authored Chapter 9: Skilled Migration, The Immigration Kit: Digital Edition (2025-2026).
Danniel returns to Bravo as General Manager – Migration & Strategic Partnerships. He also continues to deliver CPD lectures on Migration Law through Legal Training Australia as is an exam writer and assessor for the Migration Agents Capstone Unit.

Ken's professional expertise includes comprehensive case management across various visa categories, such as employer-sponsored visas, AAT Reviews, Ministerial Intervention, Business Migration, the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme, as well as Partner, Student, and Parent visas.
He also has experience in managing and succeeding with complex cases, including Ministerial Intervention involving a child on the ASD spectrum, as well as handling AAT Review applications for Public Interest Criterion 4020 and other legal matters like genuine position assessments.



As a migration agent, Loretta focuses on Labour Agreements, particularly Designated Area Migration Agreements (DAMAs) as well as employer sponsored visas which include training visas. Her experience extends towards partner visas and citizenship applications as well. She is especially experienced in strategising visa pathways for less straightforward and complex cases, providing practical, well-considered advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. Loretta delivers client-focused support grounded in professionalism, cultural awareness and a strong commitment to positive outcomes.
Outside of work, Loretta enjoys going to the gym, taking long walks, reading whodunnit novels and travelling.

In the current role as Operations Coordinator at Bravo Migration, Owen is responsible for tools integration and leading technology-driven innovation to enhance service delivery. Owen is passionate about contributing to an organization that creates meaningful impact — supporting clients through one of the most significant transitions of their lives with professionalism, precision, and dedication.

At Bravo Migration, Anthony focuses on social media growth, paid advertising, and AI powered marketing systems that help the business reach more people and operate more efficiently. His expertise includes Meta and Google Ads, content and campaign strategy, automation, CRM workflows, and AI integrations that support faster follow up, stronger reporting, and more scalable marketing operations. He is passionate about combining creativity, data, and new technology to help Bravo connect with more individuals and employers looking for the right migration pathway



With a strong background in visa processing, case preparation, document assessment, and compliance, Envy has played an active role in skills assessments, Expression of Interest (EOI) applications, nomination processing, and liaising with case officers. Since his time as a Visa Officer, he has enjoyed helping individuals navigate their visa journey. Now, he is passionate about continuing this work, assisting skilled professionals and employers in achieving their goal of living and working in Australia.
Outside of work, Envy enjoys traveling with his family, playing with his son, and reading the Bible.

Her interest in the industry began while working as a migration business writer, which eventually led her to join the Bravo team. She is passionate about being a catalyst for change, helping clients navigate the path to their visas and a new life in Australia.
A lover of the outdoors and movement, she prioritizes an active, sustainable lifestyle through sports and exercise. When she isn’t working, Danielle enjoys the self-discovery that comes with solo travel and spending time with her close-knit circle.

What she enjoys most about her role is the problem-solving aspect—bringing together different pieces of information to create clear, well-supported outcomes for clients. For Maria, it’s all about making the process feel more manageable. She takes pride in delivering careful, reliable work and helping clients move through their migration journey with as little stress as possible.



In 2023, Lemuel transitioned to focusing on Australian Immigration, where he actively manages General Skilled Migration (GSM) program focus on skills assessments, EOIs, and end-to-end case preparation and Subclass 485 Temporary Graduate visa applications. He also supports Migration Agents with Employer-Sponsored visas, including Subclass 482 and 186.
Lemuel finds great fulfillment throughout their journey in helping individuals and families achieve their migration goals and dreams. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling riding his motorcycle in high peaks mountains and he loves spending time with his family and he is actively serving in their church.
