Erica Carneiro

Co-Founder, Director and Registered Migration Agent 0532487

Erica came to Australia in 1996 for a short holiday and fell in love with the country. After working with thousands of International Students and holding many visas in Australia herself (a 457 Sponsorship Visa, a Partner Visa and Permanent Residence in 2004), she knows first-hand what it is to dream of living in Australia. She founded Bravo Migration to make the dream come true to other people too. Erica has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2005, working in Sydney for various Law and Migration firms, including a role as Manager for the migration division at KPMG.

She has helped thousands of clients get Australian visas. She loves speaking in public and her Migration Seminars are very popular.

Erica considers Australia to be the best choice and decision she has ever made and her life work is ensuring others can have such choices too. Erica speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. She presents CPDs to other Registered Agents and is an Assessor at the entry-exam for the profession, the Capstone, with Legal Training Australia.

Michel Sulzbach

Co-Founder, Director and

Michel came to Australia in 2002 to study English in Brisbane while on a Student Visa. He later moved to Sydney and worked with International Students, which led him to pursue a career as a Migration Agent. Michel is from Brazil originally and applied for permanent residence, being now a citizen of Australia, Brazil and Germany. He worked for 3 years at a Migration Firm in Sydney before setting up Bravo Migration with Erica. Michel has a real passion for customer service and has a clientele of hundreds of satisfied clients who obtained their Australian visas thanks to him. He has a Bachelor in International Trade and has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2009. Australia is his home now and where he wants to live long term with his partner and his Australian-born son. Michel loves football, motorbikes, barbecues and travelling. He speaks English and Portuguese.

Andrew Michaels

Head of Partnerships

Andrew Michaels brings a wealth of experience in consulting, underscored by a distinguished career in financial advisory, banking and investment management.

With over 16 years of experience in sales and relationship management, Andrew supported the business development team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional (LNLP) in promoting Lexis+, thereby advancing the legal sector's use of technology through AI.

Andrew has managed over $67 billion in investment assets, and has led critical programs across government, banking, and top-tier consulting firms such as PwC.

His expertise spans across relationship management, capital markets, and strategic partnerships enabling him to tackle the intricacies of Australian migration.

A Psychology graduate from Western Sydney University, Andrew is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Sydney.

At Bravo Migration, Andrew leverages his expertise to develop tailored immigration strategies for expanding businesses. Andrew effectively bridges skills gaps by connecting companies with global talent.

Danniel Pereira

General Manager - Migration and Strategic Partnerships

Danniel spent several years with Bravo earlier in his career, growing from Migration Consultant and Registered Migration Agent through Legal Manager, Solicitor and ultimately Principal Solicitor. Since then, he has built an impressive career in immigration law — most recently as Senior Solicitor at the Immigration Advice and Rights Centre (IARC), and before that as Senior Solicitor at the Refugee Advice and Casework Service (RACS), providing legal support to refugees and asylum seekers.

He served a two-year term on the Law Society of NSW's Human Rights Committee and Migration Subcommittees, met with the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Slavery, Prof. Tomoya Obokata, to inform their recommendations for the systemic and structural reform of Australia's migration law framework, led the not-for-profit Visa Assist project delivered by IARC in partnership with Unions NSW, advised and legally represented asylum seekers detained in Nauru at the Refugee Status Review Tribunal, and most recently authored Chapter 9: Skilled Migration, The Immigration Kit: Digital Edition (2025-2026).

Danniel returns to Bravo as General Manager – Migration & Strategic Partnerships. He also continues to deliver CPD lectures on Migration Law through Legal Training Australia as is an exam writer and assessor for the Migration Agents Capstone Unit.

Ken Yau

Senior Migration Consultant, Registered Migration Agent 1569582

Registered since 2015, Ken is a Migration Agent with a wealth of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Originally from Hong Kong, he is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Ken's professional expertise includes comprehensive case management across various visa categories, such as employer-sponsored visas, AAT Reviews, Ministerial Intervention, Business Migration, the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme, as well as Partner, Student, and Parent visas.
He also has experience in managing and succeeding with complex cases, including Ministerial Intervention involving a child on the ASD spectrum, as well as handling AAT Review applications for Public Interest Criterion 4020 and other legal matters like genuine position assessments.

Medha Vahil

Migration Consultant, Registered Migration Agent 2217830

Medha is a dedicated Registered Migration Agent and legal professional with a diverse background in immigration law, education consulting, and business administration. With a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University Australia and currently pursuing her Bachelor of Laws, Medha brings a unique blend of legal expertise and practical experience to her work. Her educational background also includes an MBA (Marketing &HR) from The International Management Institute, Belgium. As a Migration Consultant at Bravo Migration, she excels in providing comprehensive visa advice, managing complex immigration cases, and developing innovative strategies to meet client needs. Medha's experience spans across reputable firms in Australia and India, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to navigate intricate immigration processes. Her commitment to client satisfaction, coupled with her bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi makes her an asset in the ever-evolving field of migration law and consulting.

Ying Li

Registered Migration Agent 1575480

Ying is has been registered as an agent since 2015 and she is a skilled professional fluent in both Mandarin and English, with a diverse background in immigration services. Since obtaining her registration in 2015, she has successfully navigated a range of visa applications, from employer sponsored visas to student visas to skilled migration, partner visas, and parent visas. Her expertise extends from handling complex relationship submissions to managing details like work rights on bridging visas. With 10 years of experience in Queensland and 5 years in Victoria, Ying brings a wealth of regional knowledge to her practice. In her free time, she enjoys watching legal and medical shows such as Boston Legal and House M.D., which have contributed to her understanding of legal terminology and health waivers.

Loretta Tan

Registered Migration Agent – 1687425

Loretta Tan migrated to Australia from Singapore in 2006 and has made Perth, Western Australia her home ever since. She is fluent in Mandarin, English and Hokkien, enabling her to support clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Loretta holds a Bachelor of Marketing and Media from Murdoch University and later returned to study, completing a Graduate Certificate of Australian Migration Law and Practice at the Australian National University in 2016.

As a migration agent, Loretta focuses on Labour Agreements, particularly Designated Area Migration Agreements (DAMAs) as well as employer sponsored visas which include training visas. Her experience extends towards partner visas and citizenship applications as well. She is especially experienced in strategising visa pathways for less straightforward and complex cases, providing practical, well-considered advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. Loretta delivers client-focused support grounded in professionalism, cultural awareness and a strong commitment to positive outcomes.

Outside of work, Loretta enjoys going to the gym, taking long walks, reading whodunnit novels and travelling.

Owen Salumbre

Operations Coordinator

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Owen brings over a decade of progressive experience in BPO operations and project management, building a comprehensive skill set spanning team leadership, data analysis, quality assurance, workforce management, and client relations. Beginning as a BPO Agent and advancing through roles as Team Leader and Project Manager, Owen has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive operational excellence and manage complex project lifecycles from inception to completion.

In the current role as Operations Coordinator at Bravo Migration, Owen is responsible for tools integration and leading technology-driven innovation to enhance service delivery. Owen is passionate about contributing to an organization that creates meaningful impact — supporting clients through one of the most significant transitions of their lives with professionalism, precision, and dedication.

Anthony Jarboe

Digital Marketing & AI Specialist

Anthony Jarboe is a digital marketing strategist with more than 15 years of experience across social media, paid advertising, SEO, content strategy, and lead generation. Over his career, he has helped grow brands across startups, ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services, building high performing campaigns, websites, and landing pages designed to turn traffic into enquiries and revenue.

At Bravo Migration, Anthony focuses on social media growth, paid advertising, and AI powered marketing systems that help the business reach more people and operate more efficiently. His expertise includes Meta and Google Ads, content and campaign strategy, automation, CRM workflows, and AI integrations that support faster follow up, stronger reporting, and more scalable marketing operations. He is passionate about combining creativity, data, and new technology to help Bravo connect with more individuals and employers looking for the right migration pathway

Suelen Oliveira

Case Manager

Suelen Oliveira holds a Bachelor in Law and has 5 years of legal experience. She is originally from Brazil but has been calling Australia home for the last 8 years. She has experienced the Australian Migration process first-hand and cares for our clients processes too. She graduated with a Graduate Diploma of Australian Migration Law and Practice from the Griffith University in Queensland, and is pursuing her passion for the legal field at Bravo, with lots of motivation, commitment, and care, fitting right into our company’s values.

Armelinda P. Morados

Case Manager

Armelinda is an Engineer who transitioned into the field of Australian immigration with a strong passion for helping people achieve their goals of living and working in Australia. With over three years of experience in the migration industry, she has developed a solid understanding of the processes involved in assisting clients with their visa applications and compliance requirements. She applies her engineer’s analytical thinking, precision, and problem-solving skills in her current role. She now combines her technical background and client-focused approach to provide efficient and reliable support in managing immigration matters, contributing to the team’s mission of helping clients turn their Australian dream into reality.

Envy Briones

Case Managers

Envy has been involved in the immigration industry since 2011, starting as a Visa Officer handling visa applications for seafarers traveling to various countries. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience processing Australian, US, UK, Schengen, Canadian, and Asian visas, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements and assisting clients throughout the application process. In 2023, he shifted his focus to the Australian migration field, specializing in Employer-Sponsored Visas (Subclass 186 and 482) and General Skilled Migration (GSM) Visas.
With a strong background in visa processing, case preparation, document assessment, and compliance, Envy has played an active role in skills assessments, Expression of Interest (EOI) applications, nomination processing, and liaising with case officers. Since his time as a Visa Officer, he has enjoyed helping individuals navigate their visa journey. Now, he is passionate about continuing this work, assisting skilled professionals and employers in achieving their goal of living and working in Australia.
Outside of work, Envy enjoys traveling with his family, playing with his son, and reading the Bible.

Teddy Salmero

Case Manager

Teddy is an experienced Migration Assistant and Paralegal specializing in Australian immigration processes. He provides end-to-end support to Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) and Immigration Lawyers, assisting with Skills Assessments, Expression of Interest (EOI) applications, and a wide range of visa types. With over a decade of experience in migration assistance, client support, and international recruitment, he has strong expertise in documentation management, client communication, and case coordination. He takes pride in ensuring compliance with immigration legislation while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Teddy is an active member of his church community, where he takes part in various ministries and leadership duties. He also values spending quality time with his family, which keeps him grounded and motivated to perform at his best both personally and professionally.

Zeny Marie Molomolo

Case Manager

Zeny holds a Juris Doctor degree and gained several years of extensive experience as a legal assistant before joining Bravo Migration. She also excelled as an executive assistant, supporting high-level executives with grace and efficiency. Her journey took an exciting turn when she worked with an Australian Migration Agent. There, she enhanced her knowledge in Australian migration, particularly in assisting with employer sponsorship visas. As a migration assistant, Zeny is passionate about helping clients achieve their dream of migrating to Australia. She provides guidance and unwavering support throughout the intricate visa application process.

Jenevieve Sanquina

Case Manager

Before joining Bravo, Jenevieve gained nearly four years of experience in processing visa documentation. She has a strong background in Skills Assessments of Trades Occupations through TRA-accredited RTOs for migration purposes, particularly under the 482 SID Core Skills stream and DAMA, as well as visas 400, 186, and 187.

She appreciates Bravo for its supportive team environment and in her spare time, enjoys singing to my little one and browsing online shopping apps

Andrea Biagi

Office Manager
& Executive Assistant to the Directors

Andrea has a Bachelor in Physiotherapy but changed careers when she joined Bravo and became our Accounts Manager in 2013. She came to Australia on a Student Visa in 2004 for a short period of time, but quickly knew she wanted to stay for the long run. Andrea loves where she lives, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, which provides her with a great lifestyle and the perfect picturesque scenes to keep her passion for photography going. She is from Sao Paulo originally but Sydney is her home now, where she enjoys working at Bravo and raising her Australian-born son with her partner. Andrea speaks English and Portuguese.

Angela Macedonio

Client Relations Assistant

Angela is a dedicated professional with a strong background in both the immigration and hospitality sectors. With seven years of experience Angela gained valuable skills in client relations and operational management. Her passion for helping others led her to the immigration field, where she worked with a U.S. immigration company and then Bravo Migration, where she supports individual and corporate clients achieve their visa goals. Her ability to adapt to different industries and navigate today’s increasingly virtual world highlights her commitment to providing exceptional service and making a positive impact.

Jireh Catacutan

Migration Assistant

Jireh Catacutan graduated in 2024 and decided to pursue a career in the Australian migration industry. He has been a migration assistant for a year and has continued to provide his skills in data entry, document organisation, and coordinating critical information with case managers. Despite his academic background, his communication skills and keen eye for detail allow him to work efficiently in the field of migration. Jireh continues to believe that there is much more to learn. He is always open to feedback, supported by his curiosity and drive to constantly improve. In his free time, he enjoys reading a good book or seeking inspiration for a new personal writing project.

Quennie Sereno

Quennie is a driven professional with a legal background and almost four years of experience in US immigration. While pursuing her law degree, she served as a remote caseworker for an immigration law firm based in Los Angeles where she managed both family and employment visa cases. Her dedication and work ethics led to her promotion as team lead and continuous recognition. Passionate towards assisting people in their immigration journey and eager to expand her knowledge, skills and opportunities, she joined Bravo Migration as a migration assistant in October 2025. In her spare time, she loves reading crime and mystery novels, cats, matcha, and travelling.

Danielle Gamalinda

Migration Assistant

With a strong background in administrative support, Danielle joined Bravo Migration in February 2026 as a Migration Assistant. She excels at the high-level organization required to manage client documents and IMMI updates.

Her interest in the industry began while working as a migration business writer, which eventually led her to join the Bravo team. She is passionate about being a catalyst for change, helping clients navigate the path to their visas and a new life in Australia.

A lover of the outdoors and movement, she prioritizes an active, sustainable lifestyle through sports and exercise. When she isn’t working, Danielle enjoys the self-discovery that comes with solo travel and spending time with her close-knit circle.

Maria Palma

Migration Assistant

Maria has a background in investigative research, where strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. She specialises in reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and ensuring applications meet all regulatory requirements.

What she enjoys most about her role is the problem-solving aspect—bringing together different pieces of information to create clear, well-supported outcomes for clients. For Maria, it’s all about making the process feel more manageable. She takes pride in delivering careful, reliable work and helping clients move through their migration journey with as little stress as possible.

Regine Sanguenza

Customer and Sales Support

Regine has over 6 years of experience in Customer Service. To her, great customer service means following best practices like valuing the clients time, having a pleasant attitude, and being knowledgeable and resourceful. She strives to exceed — rather than just meet — our clients’ expectations. She loves to travel, cook and watch movies in her spare time. She loves working at Bravo and all the support and appreciation she receives from her colleagues. Regine speaks English and Filipino.

Jexcel Ruizo

Customer Service Officer

Jexcel has over 10 years of Customer Service experience and she values productive collaboration. She speaks English and Filipino. She enjoys visiting new places, including coffee shops, parks, and beaches. In August 2022, she started working with Bravo Migration as a Customer Service Officer, and she genuinely loves her job.

Lemuel Villegas

Migration Assistant

Lemuel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Financial Management and has been working in the immigration industry since 2020. He began his career as a Processing and Documentation Specialist, handling working visa across various countries including New Zealand, Canada, Australia, USA, Hong Kong, Germany, Saudi Arabia and other Middle East countries. Through this, he developed strong expertise in compliance , documentation management and assessment, client communication, and case coordination supporting both applicants and employers.

In 2023, Lemuel transitioned to focusing on Australian Immigration, where he actively manages General Skilled Migration (GSM) program focus on skills assessments, EOIs, and end-to-end case preparation and Subclass 485 Temporary Graduate visa applications. He also supports Migration Agents with Employer-Sponsored visas, including Subclass 482 and 186.

Lemuel finds great fulfillment throughout their journey in helping individuals and families achieve their migration goals and dreams. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling riding his motorcycle in high peaks mountains and he loves spending time with his family and he is actively serving in their church.
